Odisha Public Service Commission has opened
the link for the recruitment for the Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP)-(Group
‘B’) for the Odisha State Prosecution Service. Total 207 vacant
posts are available for the job whose structure of Pay is Rs 9,300 to 34,800
and Grade Pay Rs 4600. Candidates can fill in the online application form till
23/10/2013. Go through the given details and apply for the posts before the
deadline.
Academic Qualification:
Those who have done Bachelors of Law and have
experience as Advocate of minimum two yrs may apply for the APP post.
Maximum Age:
Candidate’s maximum age must be not over than
35yrs as on 1/01/2013. Relaxation to the reserved class applicants in their maximum
age is provided ad per the rules and orders of the government.

Online Availability of Registration Form: 23/10/2013 till 23:59 hrs
Closing Date for Payment at Bank’s Branch: 26/10/2013
Deadline for Receiving Application: 06/11/2013
till 17:00 hrs
Processing Cost of Application:
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe who are
residents of Odisha State need not to pay any charges for application on the
other hand, rest of the candidates need to pay Rs 300 as the registration cost.
Exam Scheme:
The candidates need to appear for the Written
Test for the recruitment, the passing of which lead them in the next level that
is Viva Voce. The written test will consist of 4 parts that cover the marks of
600. The time duration for each part is 2:30hrs.
Selection Pattern:
Those who have received 40% marks (for SC
& ST 35%) in the written exam will be invited for the viva voce phase. The
marks carry by viva voce is 75. In order to get through this phase, applicants
need to secure 30% of 75 marks.
Manner to Apply:
Candidates are required to apply online for
the post aforesaid. Read all the details provided under the applying procedure
and then start the entering the particulars. It is necessary to keep the soft
copy of the image, Left Thumb Impression and sign in the system for uploading
it at the proper place in the application form. Submit the page and get the
Special ID and Password. Now complete the steps for payment of pay that can be
done through visiting the SBI bank branch and remit Rs 300( if applies) along
with the challan form. Sent the printed copy of the application form and other
major documents with the copy of challan through register or courier or speed
post at the address the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission,19,
Dr.P.K.Parija Road,Cuttack-753001 latest by 6/11/2013.
