the Post graduate courses.

Duration of the
Post graduate courses:
The Post
graduate courses candidates are going to take admission are of two
years duration from the date of admission.
Eligibility
criteria of the candidates to apply for the Post graduate courses:
Candidates have
passed the Examination of bachelor degree from the Sambalpur
University or students from other University qualified in their Bachelor
degree examination can apply for the Post graduate courses.
Candidates have
to secure at least 55% marks in the graduation degree. Final
year candidates are also eligible to apply.
How to apply
for the courses?
There two modes
to apply for the Post graduation courses:
A. Online
application
B. Offline
application.
A. Online
application:
Candidates can
also fill the application form from the website mentioned.
Take a hard
copy after submission of the filled form.
Fees should be
paid through challan from UCO bank/ SBI bank.
B. Offline
application:
Application
form can be purchased from the centres on payment of
application fee through challan. The name of the centres can be seen from the
website of the University.
Application
form and information brochure can be
downloaded from the link to their official site. Candidates are requested to
take print out of the application form. Follow the instruction mentioned in
the information brochure before filling of the application
form.
Application
fee: Application fee is Rs. 250/- (+
the challan fee) for general candidates.
Late fee
is Rs. 100/-.
Important
documents to be attached along the Application form:
1. 10th and
10+2 mark sheets.
2. 10th and
10+2 certificates.
3. Bachelor
degree certificate and mark sheets.
4. 3 passport
photographs attested by any Gazetted Officer.
The filled
application form along with required documents and challan is
to be submitted to the respective centres.
Retaining
dates:
Last date of
submission of filled application form: 30th September, 2013.
Last date of
submission of filled application from with late fine: 30th October,
2013.
Selection
procedure:
Selection of
the candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in
the qualifying exam.
